Here we work on strengthening our muscles, improving our stability and flexibility whilst quieting our minds and releasing our stresses. The health benefits of Yoga are huge. They include improved respiration, increased energy and vitality levels, enhanced cardiac functioning and blood flow, better metabolism, it can help improve your overall fitness as well as help to loose weight. Yoga really is the perfect exercise for anybody wishing to ease themselves back into better health. We are so happy that Holly has joined the team.
