Service Description

Qigong is an ancient movement and breath practise that originated in China and is related to Tai-Chi. Qigong uses simple poses and breathing patterns to encourage a healthy flow of energy in the body. The exercises can be done by people of all abilities, and they can be done in a chair for people who have difficulty standing. There have been many studies into the effects of Qigong which have shown that the exercises may improve immunity, mood, and response to stress. Qigong is an easy way to support your health and wellbeing and doesn’t require any special equipment. Gemma will guide you expertly through your Qigong class, tailoring the session specifically for your requirements and capabilities. All abilities and ages are welcome. The first session you attend is free of charge, and all subsequent sessions will be £5 each.
