Service Description

These Walking Netball sessions are a version of netball designed to suit everyone, regardless of age or level of fitness. If you'd like to improve your fitness and mobility while still enjoying a friendly, social environment then this is a great place to start. Whether you used to play netball, have had to give up the sport due to injury, or even if you have never played netball before, these sessions are for you! The fantastic Rose will be running the sessions to ensure a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that welcomes anyone and everyone. No booking required, just come along on the day.
