The East Hampshire Wellbeing Walks is a scheme that aims to improve people’s health and well-being through easily accessible, free, group walks.
If you have any questions about our walks, or would like to volunteer to become a walk leader, please get in touch on:
This is a nationwide project hosted by the Ramblers, with over 10,000 volunteers who help to organise and lead the walks nationally. Wellbeing Walks are designed to be accessible for all, being no more than three miles, or ninety minutes in length. For all of our walks, you can just show up on the day without booking or needing to sign up.
