Mark Pavitt

Get Up and Go Project Officer

Mark, our programme coordinator, is enthusiastic about community health and has a background in Exercise Science. He is keen to provide activities that you will enjoy so that you can benefit from an active lifestyle!  Get in touch for an informal chat about the programme and how we might be able to help you.

Pauline Brennan

Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor (East Meon)


Pauline, our Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor for East Meon has been practicing the art for over 20 years. By incorporating her previous experience in education and counselling into her teaching practice; Pauline provides a unique, mindful and committed experience to improve your physical, mental and overall wellbeing


Darren Plumb 
Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor (Liss)

Our Tai Chi and Qigong instructor for the Liss area is the highly experienced Darren. Trained in a variety of forms, Darren brings his 20 years of experience into his teaching and strives to create a warm and welcoming family ethos to his sessions. Darren used Tai Chi to manage his own health issues in the past and is well equipped to help you with yours.

Rebecca James

Yoga for Life

Rebecca James, our excellent Yoga teacher brings years of teaching experience across a range of styles to our team. Her classes respond to the needs of each individual to ensure you are on the correct path to improved posture, strength and flexibility. Her teaching style focuses on breath, body posture and being present and so is the perfect activity for those looking to improve their overall wellbeing.


Active 8 Minds 

Sports Coaching Service

Active 8 Minds are our excellent local coaching service who provide top-class facilitation and sports teaching on our programme. Currently they provide our Dementia Friendly Walking Football sessions as well as our Short Tennis. 

The coaches provided by Active 8 Minds are highly skilled, well qualified, incredibly friendly and  suitably equipped to cater for all your coaching needs. We are proud to be working with such a fantastic bunch of professionals.

Tiffany Eneas

MSE Fitness

Highly qualified and experienced in health and fitness, the wonderful Tiffany uses Pilates to help people build their strength and confidence. Tiffany is the perfect instructor to help you towards your fitness goals as she is well versed in a range of different exercise disciplines. She brings her multiple talents to the team and looks forward to helping you towards a happier, healthier and more active lifestyle.



Kate Sadler

Hampshire Dance Fitness

We are really excited to have Hampshire Dance Fitness' very own Kate Sadler on board as one of our programme Instructors. She brings a huge breadth of experience across a range of dance disciplines and knows just how to get you moving. Kate is a Level 2 ETM CIMSPA approved instructor with over 10 years of experience as a qualified instructor so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands.

Her classes are fun and inclusive where you will hear an infectious mix of music that will lift your spirits and help burn those calories. If this sounds like something you need in your life, then what are you waiting for? get up and go. 


Ramona Bryson 

Pilates with Ramona

We are thrilled to be working with Ramona on our Get up and Go programme. Ramona is well qualified and suitably experienced in delivering a unique blend of Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Body Balance exercises. 

Her classes are superbly adaptable and can include seated versions if that's what you need. She offers a warm and welcoming service to all ages and abilities so just let her know your requirements and she is happy to oblige.

Mandy Wilson

Mandy Wilson Fitness

We are very excited to be working with the fantastic Mandy Wilson to deliver the Bounce Back Dance for Fitness sessions. Mandy has over 40 years of experience in dance and is trained to teach a wide range of disciplines including Classical Ballet, American Tap, Modern Jazz and Ballroom. She completed her RSA exercise to music and is also trained to deliver Zumba, Reebok Step, Pound Rock-Out, HIIT training, Weight training and personal training.

Phew, I'm tired just listing Mandy's skills. Go on, take advantage and sign up to Get up and Go 


Holly Hayward

Holly's Harmony Yoga

Our Yoga expert Holly is well versed in the many different Yoga disciplines including Chair, Yin, Hatha, Aerial, Prenatal and Postnatal. She teaches all different ages and abilities and is always ready to adapt her practice to meet your needs.

We are extremely pleased to have Holly on board and grateful that she has made herself available to provide evening sessions on the programme. That way we can help provide for all those working folk who also want to get up and go.
