Dance Class for Carers

Service Description

This is a great opportunity for adult carers to get involved with a gentle dance class where you can move to music at your own pace - you will have the option to use a chair if preferred. Led by the fantastic Mandy, this will be an informal and relaxed setting where all will be made to feel welcome. Spend some time on your own health and wellbeing by getting involved in this great exercise class. This session is taking place at The Assembly Rooms in Alton, hosted by Dementia Friendly Alton. There is opportunity for the person you care for to take part in other activities while you engage with the dance session.
