If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact Rebecca on: firstname.lastname@example.org 07929 185057 These yoga classes are welcoming to everyone and specifically designed to focus on your health and wellbeing, empowering you to progress towards better health both physically and mentally. In the classes you will learn how to use yoga therapeutically and then you can take the practices home with you and use them for better self-care in day-to-day life, for example slowing down the exhalation to calm the nervous system. The classes include gentle movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. They may help you reduce stress, cultivate balance, strengthen, stretch and relax the physical body, whilst also cultivating an open and more positive mental outlook. Classes cost £5 per session. PLEASE NOTE, no payment is taken on this website, you can pay cash on arrival or by bank transfer, the account details will be sent to you in a welcome letter after you have booked.
