Service Description

The Wednesday Wellbeing Hub takes place from 10.00am - 1.00pm at the Alton Assembly Rooms every Wednesday. This hub is run under a partnership between Home Instead EHM & Dementia Friendly Alton. Come along to the Wellbeing Hub for all things wellbeing. There's no need to book, just turn up on the day and see what could be of interest to you. The hub includes fun and helpful activities such as: - Arts and crafts - Quizzes - Puzzles - Games and Bingo - Love to Move exercise class - Tai Chi - Indoor bowls - Guest Speakers - Taster reflexology sessions
